Main duties:
- Implementation, updating and monitoring of the implementation of the merchandising standard in the store network
- Coordination and provision of all necessary materials, instructions, equipment and sales mechanics stores
- Planning and launch of new products/categories in terms of planning, provision of equipment and advertising materials
- Development, production and provision of the network with advertising materials.
- Coordination and control of retail outlets using photo reports or visits.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of the basics of merchandising, tools for product promotion in retail sales channels
- Readiness for business trips
- Attention to details, high level of responsibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational and leadership skills.
