Head of the construction department in ProDeveloping

In connection with the active development and expansion of the project portfolio, we invite you to join the Head of the Construction Department.

Requirements for candidate

• Experience in a similar position at least 3 years in the field of construction and reconstruction of commercial objects.

• Experience in selection and management of subordinate personnel.

• Full higher education (civil engineer).

• In-depth knowledge of:

  • technologies of construction and installation work;

  • engineering networks (water supply, sewage, power supply);

  • building norms and rules.

• Understanding the principles of planning, accounting and budgeting in construction.

• Practical experience of contractual work, including with subcontracts.

• Confident command of a PC (office programs).

• Ability to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information.

• Readiness to business trips.

• Availability of own car.

Responsibilities

• Management of construction projects (several objects simultaneously in Ukraine).

• Management personnel:

  • selection,

  • adaptation,

  • organization of work,

  • task setting and performance control,

  • performance evaluation.

• Control and coordination of construction and assembly works.

• Coordinating and obtaining permits to start construction works.

• Planning and control of work execution schedules and supply of materials.

• Checking project, working and executive documentation for construction profitability.

• Coordinating construction project budgets.

• Control and responsibility for financial parameters projects.

• Organization of delivery, acceptance and commissioning of objects.

• Formation and reporting to management.

We offerSalary

• 50,000 - 150,000 UAH (depending on experience, level of responsibility and scale projects).

• % of the implementation of construction projects.

• Timely payment of wages.

Working conditions

• Schedule: 5 working days + 2 Saturdays per month (from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

• Working day: 09:00 - 18:00.

• Trial period - 3 months
  (paid in the amount of 70% of the rate).
