Trade marketer in Empat

Wine Hunters importer & distributor company is looking for a trade marketer to join the team! We are gaining such a pace and a team of hunters that our heads are spinning with projects, so we strive to quickly implement activities both in Kyiv and in the regions. We have a multi-faceted development — retail, HoReca, the loudest festivals in the alcohol sector, many current and future collaborations. 

You will become part of the dream team if:

• have strong experience in marketing and sales, knowledge of all offline and online marketing tools;
• able to quickly analyze data and find effective solutions;
• you are creative, active, proactive;
• fluent in Ukrainian and above average English;
• experience in retail and understanding the specifics of the B2B market will be a significant plus;
• experience in the alcohol sector and related products will be a double plus.

What will you do:

• you will have full integration with the marketing department and a team of designers, SMM, copywriters, digital marketers; also with the sales department - a team of central office and regional managers; by a team of WH brand managers;
• monitoring the activity of competing brands on the market, analyzing their strategies, keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends, implementing them into the WH marketing strategy;
• developing and implementing an activity plan by sales channels, as well as by wine, strong, second-hand and product brands;
• planning of trade activities in various channels (HoReCa, chains, corporate segment);
• accept participation in the development of content plans for social networks;
• manage processes by providing TK to designers and SMM managers;
• launch of POS materials for activities for branded events in direct communication with contractors and the department marketing;
• generate new ideas for projects and activities;
• participate in preparation for events.
