Requirements:

• Higher education ( marketing)
• Experience in the field of marketing (preferably in retail)
• Experience in the development and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Experience of managing SMM department
• Experience of development, planning and support of marketing activities
< li style="font-weight: 400">Experience in organizing and supporting events
• Strong managerial and communication skills, developed analytical skills, ability to work with numbers and performance indicators.

Main tasks:

• Marketing strategy development and implementation
• SMM strategy development and implementation control
• Analysis of the market and competitors
• Planning and support of offline marketing activities and analysis of the effectiveness of their implementation
• Launch and coordination of advertising campaigns (outdoor advertising, advertising in specialized printed and digital publications)
• Organization of seasonal updating of store windows and thematic decoration in stores
• Preparation and coordination of newsletters for customers
• Providing the network with branded products
• Planning and control of the marketing budget
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, promotional activities
• Communication and cooperation with brand managers
• Planning and organization of events (from the development of the event concept/scenario to the implementation report and follow-up of the closing of all obligations 'yazan)
• Organization of cross cooperation on advertising
• Negotiations with partners
