For our customer - an innovative wine company with a full production cycle. Its activities include the cultivation and processing of grapes, as well as the production and sale of alcoholic products, we are looking for a Trade marketer to work in the company's office in Odesa
Your duties:
1. Development and implementation of a trade marketing strategy:
- Formation and implementation of a trade marketing strategy for sales channels (national and local networks, HoReCa, distribution).
- Planning, organization and launch of promotional activities.
- Development of sales promotion mechanics.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotions, calculation of ROI and preparation of analytical reports.
2. Merchandising and POS-materials
- Development of product display standards and representation of the company's brands in retail outlets.
- Creation of POS-material concepts and their production control.
- Control of compliance with display standards in retail chains.
- Work with contractors on the production and placement of advertising materials.
3. Analytics and sales support
- Analysis of Sell-in / Sell-out indicators.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, discounts and marketing mechanics.
- Monitoring of the market, competitive environment and activities of other brands.
- Formation of recommendations for the sales department to improve the effectiveness of channels.
4. Cross-functional interaction
- Close cooperation with sales, marketing and brand managers
- Synchronization of trade activities with brand marketing campaigns.
- Participation in the preparation and launch of new products on the market.
- Coordination of work with distributors and sales networks.
Main requirements for you:
- Higher education (marketing, economics, management).
- Work experience as a trade marketer or in the field of marketing/sales from 2 years.
- Experience working with trade networks and conducting promotional activities.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel (analytics, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with large data sets and form analytical conclusions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Initiative, responsibility and desire to develop professionally.
- System and analytical thinking.
- High level of responsibility.
