Your duties:

1. Development and implementation of a trade marketing strategy:

  • Formation and implementation of a trade marketing strategy for sales channels (national and local networks, HoReCa, distribution).
  •  Planning, organization and launch of promotional activities.
  •  Development of sales promotion mechanics.
  •  Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotions, calculation of ROI and preparation of analytical reports.

2. Merchandising and POS-materials

  • Development of product display standards and representation of the company's brands in retail outlets.
  • Creation of POS-material concepts and their production control.
  • Control of compliance with display standards in retail chains.
  • Work with contractors on the production and placement of advertising materials.

3. Analytics and sales support

  • Analysis of Sell-in / Sell-out indicators.
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, discounts and marketing mechanics.
  • Monitoring of the market, competitive environment and activities of other brands.
