Right now we are looking for an Automation manager (HR direction, timesheets)

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of the process of forming work schedules and time sheets, which are automated in ERP
• Identification of errors, inaccuracies and logical gaps in the current automation of processes
• Development of system business logic improvements with the aim of eliminating duplication of operations and reducing manual data processing
• Formation of requirements for system refinement to increase the level of automation of tabulation processes and schedule construction
• Analysis of the interaction of modules (staff list, personnel orders, vacations, sick leave, travel letters, wages, etc.)

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Education - higher
• Experience in the field - from 5 years
• Experience with accounting systems for the number of 500-1000 people
• Experience participation in the implementation and/or automation of processes in the direction of Personnel Management
• Working with complex tabulation / payroll schemes

Expected results for the first 3 months of work:

• A plan has been drawn up improvements in the ERP system
• Identified errors that affect the correctness of data
• Given ideas for simplifying processes
