Main functional duties:

  • development, planning and launch of trade marketing and promotional activities in cooperation with sales teams and marketing;
  • organization, coordination and control of BTL campaigns;
  • cooperation with suppliers to implement joint promotion programs;
  • creation and maintenance of a calendar of promotional activities;
  • formation of the budget of trade-marketing programs, control of expenses and preparation of reports;
  • analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out and preparation of recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • experience in trade marketing / marketing / BTL - from 2 years;
  • experience in planning and launching promotional activities or BTL campaigns;
  • confident command of MS Excel (tables, summary data) and MS PowerPoint;
  • understanding of the principles of working with budgets and performance analysis;
  • communication skills and coordination of several participants in the process;
  • result orientation, initiative, responsibility;
  • experience in retail will be an advantage.
