Education Tech Community Specialist in Genesis

We, the Genesis education team, are looking for an Education Tech Community Specialist for Genesis Internal Education for work on Tech community and educational projects. Your the manager will be Viktoria, who joined the team more than 5 years ago and started her activity by organizing and conducting internal schools. He is currently responsible for the entire direction of internal training.

Your tasks as an Education Tech Community Specialist will be:

• Develop 3 communities — QA, DevOps, Analytics. Implement and plan profile regular meetings, chat content, interact with community drivers.
• Implement educational projects (mentoring programs, hackathons, intensives, etc.).
• Analyze business requests and prepare educational concepts based on them projects.
• Assist in operational processes of the community and all internal training.
• Communication with project stakeholders: participants, speakers and partners.
• Improving existing educational formats and introducing new solutions.

Effective work in this position requires:

• Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and enjoy interacting with people.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the organization or coordination of educational projects, products, or communities. Experience in successful implementation of educational initiatives in student or public organizations is also relevant.
• Be able to independently organize your work and prioritize tasks.
• Be proactive and proactive.
• Be able to search, analyze and systematize the necessary information.
• It is essential to understand the specifics of the work of specialists in QA, DevOps and Analytics.
• Have a desire to develop in the direction of L&D.
