TME Manager in JTI / Japan Tobacco International

Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

• Ensuring the effective functioning of the reporting system in the current CRM system based on business needs
• Initiating changes to develop the system in accordance with market needs
• Managing the processes of creating reports and developing information panels in PowerBI based on business requests from market users
• Collaboration with the TME Connect central team and providing recommendations on data architecture depending on business needs
• Supporting CRM maintenance processes systems, solving problematic issues, testing changes within the framework of releases together with representatives of the TME Connect central team
• Managing the operational processes of the sales department using the available tools of the operational module (planning of activities, technical setting of distribution goals at the point of sale, creation of routes, reporting for offline users, etc.) on a regular basis according to current instructions
• Collaboration with the IT department to implement the use of the most relevant and modern IT solutions

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:

• Higher education (preferably IT, technical)
• 1-2 years of work experience in an international company
• 1 year of experience in IT (CRM) or application programming
• Leadership and team management skills (2+ people)
• Developed skills of effective communication and constructive conflict resolution
• Critical thinking, developed analytical abilities and presentation skills 
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, English language level from Intermediate and above
• Fluency in Microsoft Office365 and Power Platform office applications
