What are the main tasks?

• Analysis, verification and control of timesheets during the month

• Identification of errors and discrepancies

• Preparation of timesheets for payroll

• Initiating and describing IT changes to improve systems

• Supporting the implementation of changes and testing

• Centralizing the process of submitting corrections

• Preparing analytics and proposals for improving processes

What are the requirements for the candidate?

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Experience with large data sets

• Ability to formalize tasks and work with an IT team

• High self-organization, responsibility, result orientation
