Tasks awaiting themain specialist:

organizes and participates in the process of preparation and approval (if necessary) of financial, strategic and investment plans of agro-industrial complex enterprises under the management of the Fund;

organizes the receipt, accumulation and processing of financial, strategic and investment plans of agro-industrial complex enterprises under the management of the Fund;

prepares on the basis of information on indicators of financial, strategic and investment plans of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex under the management of the Fund, proposals on issues related to the implementation by the Fund of powers to manage state corporate rights;

participates in agreeing the execution of a transaction (business obligation) of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex under the management of the Fund, on financial issues (including the conclusion of credit agreements, pledge agreements and financial borrowings (credits (loans), financial assistance) and other financial loans), providing guarantees or guarantees for such obligations);

participates in the development of legislative acts and regulatory documents, prepares drafts of relevant decisions and approves them in the established order;

prepares answers to letters and requests from agro-industrial enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens that come to the department.

 You are suitable for us if:

you have knowledge the basics of financial and accounting, the procedure for compiling and submitting financial statements;

have knowledge of the basics of financial analysis, namely: the ability to analyze financial reporting indicators, prepare information and analytical materials based on the analysis;

have the level of an experienced user of the MS Office package;

communicative, responsible and proactive,

have skills in business correspondence and work with large volumes information;

able to work independently and in a team;

attentive to details;

resolute and persistent in implementing changes.

Mandatory requirements:

citizenship of Ukraine;

degree of higher education not lower than bachelor or junior bachelor;

fluency in state in language.

 Terms of payment:

job salary - UAH 22,451.00.

senior allowance, allowance for the rank of civil servant and monthly or quarterlyannual bonus in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Conditions of selection and appointment to the position:

the appointment to the position is temporary (for the period of temporary absence of the civil servant) until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
