Responsibilities:< /p>

- creation of video content: filming, editing and publication of creative videos in the format of TikTok and Instagram Reels
- work with trends: monitoring of current memes, trends, challenges and their adaptation to brand goals
- development of ideas: generation of interesting concepts that correspond to the values ​​of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and attract the audience
- video optimization: use of interactive elements, popular hashtags, music and effects to increase reach
- cooperation with the team: communication with SMM-managers, designers and PR-department to coordinate content
- analysis of results: evaluation of effectiveness videos, tracking statistics, improving content based on data

Requirements for the candidate:

- experience in creating video content: from 1 year (TikTok and Instagram Reels - mandatory mandatory)
- shooting and editing skills: working with video creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects or others)
- creative approach: the ability to invent unique formats, adapt content to audience
- understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms: knowledge of how to make videos trend
- high level of command of the Ukrainian language, basic English (the advantage is the possibility of creating content for an international audience)
- proactivity and creativity : willingness to experiment and generate ideas
