Project Manager (B2B sales department) in Sport Layf

Sport Life is the largest network of fitness clubs in Ukraine, which has been helping people lead an active and healthy lifestyle for more than 15 years. We are looking for a professional Project Manager who will become part of our team to implement large-scale projects related to corporate business development, process automation and innovation.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Project management: planning, launching, monitoring and control of project implementation
• Communication: coordination of work between departments (sales, marketing, IT, logistics) to achieve objectives
• Time and budget control: ensuring project implementation on time and in accordance with the budget
• Risk management: identification of potential risks, development of ways to minimize them
• Analytics : preparation of reports on the status of projects, evaluation of effectiveness and analysis of results
• Optimization of processes: proposals for improving existing business processes and their automation.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have experience as a Project Manager (from 2 years) in the corporate sector or in the field of sales/marketing
• Have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban)
• Able to work with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana or similar)
• You have skills in working with CRM and ERP systems
• You have a high level of communication skills and know how to resolve conflicts
• Organized, result-oriented, able to manage several tasks at the same time.
