Concert and theater agency "Exclusive" is looking for an energetic and motivated Theater Ticket Sales Manager. Our company specializes in organizing and selling tickets for the best theater performances, concerts and other cultural events.

Responsibilities:

• advising clients on available events, venues and ticket prices
• negotiating effectively with potential clients to close ticketing agreements
• keeping sales records and reporting
• ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality support and answering questions

Requirements:

• experience in sales would be an advantage but not required
• knowledge or interest in performing arts and cultural events
• ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• responsibility and result orientation
• confident PC user
• ability to work with CRM systems will be an advantage
