We are looking for a B2B digital marketing manager to join the team. The primary responsibilities will be to attract new leads by promoting the company on social networks, the web space, and setting up advertising campaigns in digital channels.
Job responsibilities
– Preparation and implementation of SMM strategies, content planning, and promotional campaigns.
– Planning and creating text and visual content for social networks.
– Setting up targeted advertising on Facebook and LinkedIn and analyzing its effectiveness.
– Preparing lead magnets, case studies, offers for promoting products and lead generation.
– Promoting both company's events, webinars on social media.Maintenance of company websites (posting news, case studies, updates, support).
– Setting up advertising on Google Ads, collaborating with an agency regarding SEO and PPC.
– Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, competitive landscape, and reporting on achieved results.
Requirements
– 2+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
– English language level – minimum B2 (upper–intermediate)
– Work experience in the creative industry, IT outsourcing, and marketing agencies will be a plus.
– Experience with North America market will be a strong plus
– Experience in managing corporate pages on social networks.
– Skills in setting up and launching targeted advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
– Understanding the basics of search engine optimization and SEO promotion of websites.
– Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and reporting on results.
– Creative approach, initiative, and a desire to experiment.
– Familiarity with tools: Google Ads, GA, Facebook/Meta BM, LinkedIn Ads, SemRush, SimilarWeb, SerpStat.
