The main director of the reality show in Starlight Media

And today Starlight Media Production Company invites to its team a Chief director of reality.

Our tasks will be:

• formation of the director’s vision of the project and its further implementation;
• formation and management of the director’s team at all stages of production: pre-production, shooting, post-production;
• interaction with other departments of the project: production, script, artistic, cameraman, technical, etc.;
• cooperation with the design department: discussion of graphics, visual solutions and stylistics;
• control of the final quality of finished episodes before VTK;
• development of the visual style of the project in accordance with meaningful design;
• generation of visualization ideas and ensuring their implementation during filming and editing of video material;
• quality control of filmed and edited material;
• joint development with other directors of directorial decisions, movements and circumstances that should evoke the necessary emotion in the characters;
• participation (together with the heads of other project groups) in the development and compilation of the CPP for the season.

Our expectations from you:

• higher professional education;
• experience as a director in reality formats - from 3 years;
• developed management skills and experience in leading a directorial team;
• experience directing multi-camera shooting (at least 9 cameras);
• editing skills and practical experience with editing programs;
• knowledge of the basics of video dramaturgy and editing logic;
• confident command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop;
• responsibility, attention to detail and inthe ability to work in a team;
• ensuring a professional and healthy working atmosphere in the team;
• maintaining work efficiency in conditions of high uncertainty and multitasking;
• ability to work under tight deadlines.
