TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. : 

  • Participation in the annual planning of the department's activities;
  • Participation in the analysis of the department's annual plan once every six months;
  • Monthly planning one's tasks and evaluating the performance of the previous month's tasks;
  • Organizing work in the CRM (Odoo) system (daily planning, tracking task performance, reporting);
  • Participation in activities for the organizational development of TCHU and local organizations;
  • Participation in working meetings, meetings according to requests;
  • Participation in the organization of strategic events for the development of TCHU;
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans for development partnership relations between sister cities and Red Cross organizations in different countries at the national level.
  • Mapping, analysis and monitoring of existing partnership relations between the organizations of the Red Cross and other organizations of partner national societies.
  • Training , mentoring and support of OO and MO teams in initiating, establishing and maintaining business relations with representatives of sister cities, including local self-government bodies, commercial structures and public organizations.
  • Assistance and support in planning and coordination of official visits, meetings and events aimed at the development of international partnerships.
  • Providing support to local organizations in strengthening and expanding partnerships at the national and international levels, including guidance on project development and management and project budgeting.
  • Development and implementation of tools to improve efficiency and develop partnerships both at the local and international levels.
  • Supporting local organizations in the preparation of reports and information materials within the framework of international partnerships.
  • Development and implementation of initiatives to deepen cultural and educational ties betweenpartner organizations.
  • Providing methodological support to local organizations regarding the development and implementation of joint projects and programs, as well as facilitating the involvement of interested parties.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of programs and projects within international partnership.
  • Development of recommendations for improving cooperation based on analysis of results and collected data.
  • Coordination of cooperation and exchange of information with the department of strategic partnership and international relations to establish new contacts and identify potential opportunities for partnership.
  • Study and analysis of international trends in the field of partnership between cities with the aim of implementing innovative approaches and solutions for the development of cooperation.
  • Attracting experts and consultants to conduct trainings and seminars that contribute professional development of employees and improvement of partnership relations.
  • Management of the budget and resources necessary for the implementation of programs and projects within the framework of partnerships between cities, taking into account the effective distribution of finances.
  • Support of the MO and OO teams through fundraising at national/international levels. Fundraising support at the local level. Researching existing sources of funding at the local, national and international levels to strengthen partnership and cooperation in coordination with the resource mobilization department of the NC TCHHU.
  • Establishing and maintaining a constant dialogue with key stakeholders to ensure the sustainable development of partnership initiatives and ensure their long-term sustainability influence.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development of policies and strategies of the Company;
  • Participation in national or regional volunteer events;
  • Execution of the instructions of the management regarding the organizational development of TCHHU;
  • Performance of the duties of the head of the department during his absence.
< p>Requirements:  

  • Desirable higher education
  • Experience of working in humanitarian organizations is desirable, experience of working in TCHHU will be an advantage, 
  • < li>Experience in non-profit organizations in the social sphere and/or government institutions and organizations in the social sphere will be a plus.
  • Skills in international relations, partnerships
  • Using Microsoft tools and programs
  • Mentorship/support
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian at a professional level, English at B1+
