Hello! My name is Olya, I manage the Communications and Marketing Department at the Foundation. I have 15 years of experience in communications and media, I respect literary reporting, I raise a golden retriever Boo, I love silence and I know that the reputation of organizations is created by people.

Now there are more than 15 specialists in the department, and we are looking for an Email marketer who will be able to strengthen us and be responsible, in particular, for the development of the community benefactors of the Foundation.

What exactly will you do:

• Development of the Foundation's subscriber community. We suggest that you start by creating email newsletters. In the future, you will participate in the organization of events and information campaigns;

• Close cooperation with the Fund's IT department, as well as other structural divisions of the Fund;

• Creating and searching for mailings;

• Analysis of campaign results and their continuous improvement;

By increasing the loyalty of subscribers.

We will make a great team if you:

• You have experience in marketing and/or communications; 

• Can work with MailChimp or similar services;

• Effectively interact with the team and contractors;

• Analyze data and apply it to improve results;

• You feel that your personal aspirations and values ​​coincide withour mission and values.

Would be an advantage:

• Service experience in the Armed Forces;

• English at the intermediate level and above;

• You have experience in using graphic editors.
