Head of the team of interviewers (Team Leader) in ACTED

ACTED provides ongoing support to vulnerable communities by ensuring the sustainability of post-crisis interventions and preparedness for the long-term challenges facing populations to break the cycle of poverty, promote development and reduce vulnerability to disasters. Period of work:

• The position involves project work under financing
• Term of the project 11/21/2024 — 12/31/2024 with the possibility of extension

Remuneration:

data collector — 1,800 UAH. on the day before taxation

FUNCTIONS

• Support of field team members in directions in cooperation with local authorities, military structures, facilities, partners and other interested parties.
• Archiving of all necessary field documents, photographs and information during and after data collection in specified directories/servers.
• Editing, proofreading field documentation in Russian/Ukrainian/English languages, printing, scanning.
• Participate in evaluation planning, including the preparation of plans transfers, order forms and other relevant steps;
• Coordinate field teams during data collection;
• Ensure capacity, organizational and team activities for data collectors; prepare regular reports on current activities;
• Conduct special data collection exercises;
• Participate in educational activities and lessons learned, including preparation, conducting separate training sessions, taking notes, developing proposals for improvement;
• Provide practical support to local authorities and local governments on data collection in capacity building;
• Act as a focal point for day-to-day interaction with local authorities and local governments at district and local level levels;
• Attend coordination meetings upon request and keep minutes;
• Perform administrative tasks in accordance with requirements.
• Mandatory possibility of business trips (from 5 to 10 days continuously).

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in data collection and/or processing and analysis
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Proactive approach to support teams
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Awareness of the location of the population centers of the target areas is a plus
• English is a plus
• Previous experience working with NGOs are an advantage
