About Zagoriy Foundation
Zagoriy Foundation is a bureau of social projects initiated or supported by the family of Hleb and Kateryna Zagoriy. Our mission: to enable positive scenarios for the future of Ukraine. Since 2015, we have been working with the topics: culture, traditions, charity, and now we are creating spaces (for the military, for children, for residents of small towns) and supporting communities.

#Generous Tuesday is a global philanthropic movement that started in the US in 2012 and celebrates generosity, where everyone can share their time, talent or resources to make a difference in the world better. It took root in Ukraine in 2018 thanks to the initiative of the Zagoriy Foundation, turning into a nationwide Day of Good Deeds. Since then, the concept of the project in Ukraine has been transformed, and today #SchedryyVivtorok is a key moment for summing up the year, bringing together millions of people who are actively involved in charity, volunteering and social initiatives.
Our mission:is to develop a culture of caring and gratitude in Ukraine. Our vision is a future where everyone in Ukraine is included in the life of the community, shows care and is able to give thanks. Indifference is the involvement of society and its ability to influence the present, transforming it and creating a springboard for the future. Gratitude is the ability to appreciate and see the contribution of others.
As the coordinator of the #SchedryyVivtorok project in Ukraine, you will lead the project, providing an impetus for change. You will help organize events, attract partners and volunteers, develop communication strategies and coordinate the work of the team to achieve maximum impact. Your work will be aimed at developing a culture of caring and gratitude, introducing innovations in the field of charity and scaling Ukrainian experience to the global level.

Stages of hiring:

5. Final interview: If you have the skills and competencies we are looking for, we will schedule a final interview with the manager. This interview is a critical step in our selection process.
6. Decisions: We strive for quick decision making. We will make a hiring decision at the final interview. You can expect to hear from us on the same day or the next day after the final interview. We appreciate your promptness at this stage.
