IT project management manager in VASIL KISIL & PARTNERS

We are looking for an enterprising IT manager who has experience in the field of IT projects and is ready to join the law firm team. This role requires problem solving ability, understanding of internal processes and interest in optimizing business processes through technology.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support of office equipment and business programs (about 10% of time) — ensuring stable operation of office equipment, software systems and quick resolution of technical requests.
• Organization of IT processes on to the firm:
  • Optimization and integration of business systems
  • Project management to improve the convenience and accuracy of data
  • Implementation of artificial intelligence solutions to automate and optimize company processes .
• Management tasks:
  • Identifying problem areas in processes and proposing ways to improve them.
  • Development and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of IT processes and support innovation.
