Tester 1C in Saltivskiy m’yasokombinat

In connection with the development of the IT infrastructure, we invite a 1C consultant / tester to join the team, who will help to improve the system, interact with users and ensure the stable operation of business processes in 1C.

Your main tasks:

Working with the 1C system

• Working with typical 1C configurations (UTP, Accounting, UPP).
• Orientation in the configurator and understanding the internal logic of the system.
• Analysis existing processes and proposals for their optimization.

Setting tasks

• Collection of requirements from users during personal interaction.
• Formation and transfer of technical tasks to developers.
• Reconciliation of requirements and control of task implementation.

Functional testing

• Testing of new and improved functionality system.
• Checking the correct operation of changes before implementing them into work.
• Fixing errors and monitoring their elimination.

User support

• Preparation of user instructions.
• Counseling and support of employees at the stage of using the system.
• Help in implementing new functions.

Teamwork interaction

• Participation in planners, task statements and retrospectives.
• Communication with the IT department and business users: economists, HR, accountants, logisticians and other departments.
• Fixation of agreements and control of task execution.

Work format

• Constant presence in office.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with users and the development team.
• Active participation in the internal processes of the company.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience with 1C systems.
• Knowledge of typical configurations: UTP, Accounting, UPP.
• Understanding the principles of work 1C configurator.
• Experience in collecting requirements from users and setting tasks for developers.
• Skills in software functionality testing.
• Ability to work with business users of various divisions.
• Systematic, responsible and attentive to details.
• Analytical and systemic thinking.
• Communication and ability to work with people of different roles and positions.
• Responsibility and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in multitasking mode.
• Experience in implementing or supporting 1C in production or retail.
• Understanding processes of accounting, economics or logistics.
• Experience in the role of coconsultant or business analyst 1C.
