Social Traffic Manager, Media Buyer (Social / TikTok / Telegram) in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

We are expanding the marketing team and are looking for a Social Traffic Manager / Media Buyer (Social / TikTok / Telegram), who will be responsible for the systematic attraction of new users from social networks.

This is not a classic SMM.
We are looking for a specialist who understands how account networks work, how to warm them up, scale them and steadily bring traffic to the product.

The main goal of the role is attraction quality traffic from social networks and conversion.

Main tasks

• Systematic attraction of traffic from social networks.

• Launching and scaling accounts and networks.

• Working with platforms: Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Line

• Full cycle account management: registration, warm-up, content creation, publishing, redirecting traffic to offers.

• Traffic and CPA optimization

• Risk monitoring.

We expect

• 1-2+ years of experience in: Social Traffic, Media Buying (social), Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing.
