At the dermocosmetics division of L'Oreal we change people's lives by creating "beauty of health" with of our iconic brands (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe). With brands most commonly prescribed by dermatologists and other professionals, our division has experienced double-digit growth worldwide over the past five years, supported by 7,500 employees worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Territorial Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and promoting the development of partners in the southern region of Ukraine. The role involves systematic travel, 3-4 days a week.

• Implementation of a regional commercial strategy aimed at achieving sales targets and maintaining the brand image

• Monitoring and constant analysis of sales results by brands, franchises in the region.

• Planning and implementation of special projects with key partners in order to increase sales and improve visibility

• Constant monitoring and search for ways to develop business in the specified territory

• Informing management about important initiatives on the ground, cooperation with the marketing department

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Sales expert with 5+ years of practical FMCG experience

• Have developed analytical skills, show attention to details,high level of accuracy in working with numbers

• You have technical skills in working with Excel (including Power Query, formulas, functions, pivot tables)

• You have experience working in cross-functional teams, and independent project implementation

• Ability to multitask

• Above average English
