What you will do

At the start, the focus will be on forming a strong base and operational support of processes:

  • Attract candidates through various channels.

  • Keep the talent base up to date and structure information in PeopleForce.

  • Support communication with candidates and organize internal stages of selection.

  • Work with statuses, analytics and ensure the smooth operation of the recruiting funnel.

  • Gradually learn the specifics of the MilTech market.

Our expectations

  • 1-2 years of experience in aoperational role
  • Interest in recruiting and systematic approach to training

  • Readiness forattention to details and structure in work

  • Discipline in deadlines and agreements
