Telephone sales specialist (seasonal vacancy) in Coca Cola HBC Ukrayina, Virmeniya ta Moldova

About your new job:

In this position, you will be part of a team that directly impacts the business, ensuring the sale of world-class products. Your role will be to support customers, conduct telephone negotiations for the purpose of sales and prepare the necessary documentation for delivery. You will work in a dynamic environment where every day brings new tasks and challenges. Our new team members have:

• Higher or secondary specialized education;
• Previous work experience in the field of sales from 1 year (will be an advantage);
• Experience in negotiations (will be an advantage);
• A confident level of PC skills, in particular MS Office (Excel);
• High level of communication skills.

You can be successful in this role if:

• You will negotiate over the phone with customers regarding the sale of products;
• You will draw up the documentation necessary for the delivery of products;
• You will cooperate closely with the logistics and sales departments;
• You will administer work in the internal system to control sales and delivery processes;
• You will be involved in improving customer interaction processes.
