We are looking a specialist who will be responsible for the management of critical IT incidents, coordination of technical teams and effective communication with the business. Основна мета ролі — мінімізувати простої сервісів, контролювати SLA та забезпечувати прозорість під час збоїв.
Основні обов’язки:
- Управління критичними інцидентами
- Координація технічних команд під час збоїв
- Контроль SLA та prioritization of tasks
- Communication with business and preparation of status updates
- Conducting post-mortem / RCA
- ?Implementation of improvements in monitoring and response processes
We expect from the candidate:
- Experience in Incident Manager / NOC / Service Desk Lead / Senior Support roles
- Understanding incident management processes (SLA, escalations)
- Experience with monitoring and Service Desk systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
