How will you influence the service< /p>

  • Handle calls from drivers and customers

  • Transfer incidents and requests to L2 specialists

  • Issue tickets for L2 in the ticket system

  • Interaction with all support staff, regions, administrators and operators

  • Implement cancellation of fines from drivers

  • Block accounts and withdrawals

  • Transfer user requests to the appropriate regional to the manager 

  • Administer orders in the OnTaxi system

  • Monitor orders with one point in the city: calls to users and correction of cost
