We have already achieved significant results, placing our product in the TOP-3 Ukrainian ridehailing services. We have many new ideas and ambitions. That is why we are expanding our team.
How will you influence the service< /p>
Handle calls from drivers and customers
Transfer incidents and requests to L2 specialists
Issue tickets for L2 in the ticket system
Interaction with all support staff, regions, administrators and operators
Implement cancellation of fines from drivers
Block accounts and withdrawals
Transfer user requests to the appropriate regional to the manager
Administer orders in the OnTaxi system
Monitor orders with one point in the city: calls to users and correction of cost
