Main responsibilities:

• provide professional technical support regarding the operation of 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software using various means of communication (online, telephone, e-mail and periodic meetings with clients); /li>
• process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• interact and share feedback from customers with other departments.

Basic requirements:

• customer orientation;
• effective communication skills;
• competent oral and written language (English + Ukrainian B2-C1) ;
• ability to solve problems and think logically;
• orientation on results and stress resistance;
• striving for self-improvement andwillingness to learn;
• experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
• ability to think analytically, work in multitasking mode and understand customer needs and problems;
