Responsibilities :

• formation with coverage plan operators white spots of the region
• control of construction plan implementation by operators (speed of submission of documents, availability of equipment, start of construction)

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of telecommunications or in related industries or in state or local authorities in the field of land relations, property lease, construction or related areas
• ability to manage projects and analyze large volumes of information
• general understanding of legislation in the field of land law , construction and lease of real estate of state and communal ownership
• basic understanding of the principles of operation of mobile communication networks and their components
• management skills and teamwork coordination to achieve set goals
• developed communication skills and the ability to think analytically and analyze complex processes
