Responsibilities:
- formation with operators of plans to cover the white spots of the area
- "push" OVA to provide quick approvals for land/object leases
- monitor the execution of construction plans by operators (speed of submitting documents, availability of equipment, start of construction)
Requirements:
- work experience in the field of telecommunications or related industries or in state or local authorities in the field of land relations, property leasing, construction or related areas
- ability to manage projects and analyze large volumes of information
- general understanding of legislation in the field of land law, construction and lease of state and communal property real estate
- basic understanding of the principles of mobile communication networks and their components
- management and teamwork coordination skills to achieve the set goals
- developed communication skills and the ability to think analytically and analyze complex processes
