Technologist-regulator for production (metalworking) in KSL

KSL is a well-known Ukrainian company with 15 years of work experience! We manufacture high-quality metal structures, provide metalworking services (we have -weight: 700">its production of a full cycle of more than 3000 m2), namely:

laser cutting of sheet metal;
• laser cutting of pipes (on a CNC machine);
• sheet metal bending services (all CNC machines);
• welding works (semi-automatic); final stage

We are opening a competition for the position of Engineer technologist-regulator of production processes! First the interview stage is underway in Zoom with the HR manager.

Main responsibilities:

< li>Development and updating of technological maps for production processes.
• Checking design documentation for manufacturability and compliance with production capabilities.
• Preparation of technical documentation for the implementation of new or changed processes.
• li>Development the necessary equipment, conductors and tools to perform technological operations.
• Optimization of current production processes in order to increase their efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in monitoring employees' compliance with technological processes at all stages of production .
• Calculation of labor standards for production operations and their actualization as necessary.
• Analyze deviations (plan/fact) from established standards production;
• Identifying opportunities for revising and improving labor standards.

Key objectives of the position:

1. Ensure the efficiency and optimization of production processes.
2. Ensure the relevance and reasonableness of labor standards.
3. Maintain compliance with technological standards for the manufacture of quality products.
   
   We are looking for a person who knows metalworking production technologies who like to work with analytics, calculations, tables and a large amount of information.

• Working schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 17:00.
• You will have up to 3 months probation period (vp).
• During At the VP, you will undergo adaptation, study the product and production processes, and the mechanics of communication with adjacent departments in order to fulfill the assigned tasks.
