We are looking for a person who will carry out:
- Training for employees of SMEs with the aim of improving and developing their professional and personal qualities.
- Diagnosis of needs and determination of methods of training and development of employees.
- Training and control the quality of work of employees who conduct trainings, according to the specified areas of responsibility, post-training support and motivational activities.
- Development of training programs and materials in accordance with business needs and changes, prompt changes to existing training modules.
- Development of tests and remote training courses for SME staff
- Participation in ensuring the continuous process of training and development of SME employees .
- Monitoring and assessing the knowledge of employees who participated in training events and checking their practical use.
- Organization and attestation of the level of knowledge and skills of employees by conducting scheduled and unscheduled attestations, control of the level of competencies in the training process.
- Organization, coordination and conducting of training events aimed at increasing efficiency employees of SMEs (auditory trainings, coaching, mentoring, testing, evaluation of standards implementation, feedback, etc.).
- Level control service and compliance with standards by checking (on your own/in cooperation with other departments) the compliance of the quality of the customer service process.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of measures aimed at training and development of SME employees.
- Operational and timely introduction of changes in products and processes and their involvement, establishment and maintenance in the training program of network employees and internal resources of the bank, analysis of the results of their work and training results network employees, preparation of reports.
