What we expect from you:

• experience in creating documentation for end users and developers (guides, user manuals, API documentation);
• experience with MS Office and Google software packages;

• experience working with systems for creating documentation (xWiki, RTD, Confluence, Notion, Document360.io etc.);
• experience working with syntaxes reStructuredText, markdown, xwiki, xml, json
• experience working with task planning tools (YouTrack, Jira);
• skills working with graphic editors (Draw.io, Lightshot, etc.);
• understanding of the software life cycle;
• good communication and analytical skills;
• ability to work with large volumes of information;
• attention to details and maintaining text consistency;
• ability to read programming languages ​​(Java, HTML)
• experience working with databases (MySQL )

Tasks:

• creating and maintaining technical documentation for internal and external users
• collaborating with various product development teams to identify requirements and information for product descriptions
• analyzing and updating the existing documentation on the project
• editing the technical documentation accordinglyto the requirements approved by the company
