Your functionality will include:

• Receiving and recording requests from company employees and partners.

• Primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the user and remote access to the computer

• Resolving problems related to technology and Internet networks

• Resolving problems with cash register, reporting and other programs used by the company< /li>

What we expect:

• IT or technical education - would be an advantage
• Experience in customer support, technical support (Retail, Internet providers) - will be an advantage
