• Communication, transfer of information to others to company departments

What we expect:

• IT or technical education would be an advantage
• Experience in customer support, in technical support service (Retail, Internet providers) - will be an advantage
• Skills for working with PC, 1C, CRM systems
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
