We're looking for a technical support specialist who:
  • Resolve customer questions by answering their calls and chat messages.
  • Will advise them on general questions about our product.
  • Help users set up our digital cash registers.
  • Sometimes will remotely connect to the client's computer (Windows, Linux, MacOS) to help sort things out "on the spot".
