Requirements for the candidate:
- English language level - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (oral and written)
- Experience in the position of Project Manager - from 1 year, preferably in the field of e-commerce
- Initiative and proactive position - ability to work independently propose improvements, do not wait for detailed instructions
- Understanding and practical application of the basic principles of project management, in particular:
- planning and decomposition of tasks,
- construction and control of timelines,
- management of priorities, dependencies and risks,
- control of tasks and deadlines.
Tasks:
1. Management of the launch of new products (New Product Development)- Coordination of the process of development and implementation of new physical products.
- Management of stages: idea > development > production > launch.
- Control of deadlines, statuses and interaction between teams (design, production, logistics, marketing).
- 2. Coordination of design processes
- Managing the creation and approval of:
- packaging,
- instructions,
- listing materials (A+ content, images, texts).
- Ensuring compliance of the design with brand guides and marketplace requirements. 3. Launching listings on marketplaces
- Coordinating the creation and publishing of listings on:
- Amazon,
- Shopify,
- Walmart and other platforms
- Control of content readiness, correctness of data and publication status
- 4. Control of the first delivery of the product
- Interaction with logistics and production regarding the delivery of the first batch.
- Control of shipment terms and product readiness for the start of sales.
- 5. Preparation for the start of sales (Go-to-Market)
- Coordinating the preparation of advertising and marketing assets for the launch:
- Amazon Ads,
- creatives,
- launch promotional activities.
- Ensuring the readiness of all materials before the launch day.
- 6. Certification and compliance
- Control and organization of the product certification process (depending on the market and category).
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of marketplaces and regulatory authorities.
