Technical support specialist (R-Keeper, Syrve) in Global Soft

The company providing complex automation services for the hotel and restaurant business (implementation of R-Keeper, Syrve software, trade and special equipment to achieve automation of business processes at our clients' facilities) is inviting a Technical Support Specialist to join its team.

Your tasks:

• Communicating with clients, providing technical advice and helping with software setup provision.
• Preparation, installation, connection and system administration of computer and sales equipment (POS equipment)
• Installation and configuration of specialized software.
• Recovery workstation, server performance.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge in the field of computer and office techniques.
• Knowledge of the Windows OS at the level of an experienced user.
• Skills in servicing computer and trade equipment, office equipment.
• Skills in communicating with customers (politely) .
• Knowledge of the structure of local networks.
• Knowledge of the structure of wireless networks.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience of working with Syrve POS systems (IIKO), r-keeper - welcome.
