Customer support and assistance specialist in E-Tender, TOV

Tasks and job duties:

• Support and support of key customers in the process of using the online platform.
• Consultations, answers to requests, and help in solving issues related to the functionality of the platform (telephone mode, messengers, mail).
• Conducting presentations of the functionality of the platform and training new clients to work with it.< /li>
• Collection of feedback from customers.

Expectations from the candidate :

• Experience in customer support or sales.
• Confident volclothing in Ukrainian, good diction;
• Customer orientation and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Organization, attention to details, the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
