Tasks:

- Providing technical support to customers by phone or by email

- Solving technical problems and user questions

- Documenting customer interactions and solutions

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position is welcome (willing to consider senior IT technology students for the position)

- Knowledge of the basics of technical support

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

- High level command of the Ukrainian language
