Your daily tasks will be:
- communication with clients through chats, emails and calls;
- solving simple technical issues, for example, restoring access to the account in case the customer forgot the password;
- assistance with verification or registration;
- resolving payment issues and other similar requests;
- redirecting requests for solving technical and financial difficulties of clients to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further informing the client.
