MEGOGO is an international media service with a heart in Kyiv, which since 2011 has been building content ecosystem.
We work with leading Ukrainian film distributors and the largest global film studios: HBO, Universal, BBC, Walt Disney, Warner Brothers Discovery, Paramount Pictures and others. We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, other European cups and top sports events. We also sell books, educational courses and develop products based on OTT technologies.
And all this is done by a team of more than 780 talented and energetic people. Which ones you can strengthen, because we are looking forTechnical support specialist L2.
The challenge of this role is to provide a quick and high-quality solution to complex of technical requests in the MEGOGO service to reduce recurring incidents and strengthen the first line of support.

Technical L2, not just support, but diagnosis of complex cases, work with logs, escalations and interaction with developers.
Rapid growth in technology - pumping in OTT/devices (Smart TV/Android TV/set-top boxes/mobile) + systems thinking and bug design.
Impact on the product: not only support - you will highlight system problems, escalate them to the technical team and help improve the service.
Remote + schedule 2/2 (12:00): stable variable format, clear layout, work through Jira/CRM.
Technical education or solid experience working with devices: Smart TV / Android TV / TV set-top boxes / mobile devices.
Experience with Jira and CRM systems.
Analytical thinking, speed in decision-making, multitasking, self-discipline, ability to work with large volumes of information.
You will be a plus:
English at B1 level (for part of technical materials/communications).
The following tasks await you:
Process user requests in to the Jira ticket system.
Diagnosing and solving technical problems of the service.
Consult and strengthen L1 (keel-center) in complex technical issues.
Interact with developers and technical teams: escalations, bug support, root cause search.
Monitor and analyze system logs to identify potential problems and improve service stability.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to clean up incidents and blockers.
