It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8/9 am - 5/6 pm CET, National holidays according to Ukraine

  • Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
  • Compensation – $600 for the first 2 months, and $600 after + $50 bonus depending on the execution of the KPI per month;

Your responsibilities:


- Respond to user queries with friendly & timely support via CRM system (email)

- Study and apply product knowledge to recommend items based on understanding ofthe customers’ needs

- Forward user feedback to other departments to help prioritise platformimprovements.

- Do additional administrative tasks.


You are our perfect candidate if you:


  • Proficiency in written English at the C1 level;
  • Experience with Windows OS will be an advantage;
  • Expereince in Gaming;
  •  Average knowledge of computers
  • Prior experience in Customer Support , demonstrating a track record of proficiently managing customer relationships and addressing their needs would be a plus
  • Strong problem-resolution skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion;
  • Ability to work in a stressful situation, remaining calm, and showing respect and empathy while working with clients;
  • Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
