Technical support specialist (Kyivstar TV) in 1+1 media

Kyivstar TVinvites a Technical Support Specialist to ensure project development and support work processes in the company.

You should come to us if you:

• have similar work experience from the 1st year;
• have skills in working with postal services;
• have work experience with databases;
• have excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
• have skills in working with the ticket system (preferable);
• have experience in creating reports.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• help in working with partners (Kyivstar);
• provide consultations on technical issues of the OTT system;
• check requests received from subscribers;
• if necessary, provide reports on the number and trends of requests;
• cooperate with technical employees and work with their test results\platform statuses.
