• Communicating with clients via chat (no calls);

• Quick response to requests and providing effective solutions;

• Maintaining high service standards;

• Cooperation with other departments to solve customer requests.

Requirements:

• Work experience not requiredand, on-site training;

• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages;

• Willingness to work with people and develop in the field of communications;

• High responsibility and attention to details.
