Your main mission:
Provide high-quality technical support to users of the eAktzyz system, promptly solving their problems and promoting the smooth operation of the electronic system. You will be a key link between users and developers, analyzing incidents and helping to improve the product.
Work focus:
processing and analysis of system users;
- diagnosis and resolution of technical problems using system logs;
providing recommendations and temporary solutions to users;
escalating complex incidents to a higher level of support;
– documenting new incidents and updating the knowledge base;
– participation in improving technical support processes.
You are expected to:
- higher education (bachelor's or master's level);style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>– 1+ year of work experience in the field of technical support or support of IT products;
- willingness to work in the office, in Kyiv;
- the ability to quickly analyze situations and formulate clear answers;
– high level of communication and attention to detail;
– English at the basic level (A2+).
It will be a plus:
– experience with accounting or ERP systems;
– understanding the principles of web applications and client-server architecture;
– basic skills of working with system logs;
– knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis.
