We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of Technical Support Specialist, who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company. We plan to entrust you with the following tasks: Reception, registration and processing of user requests by phone; Processing of requests submitted through the HelpDesk WEB portal in accordance with accepted regulations; Maintenance of computer equipment, video surveillance systems; Participation in projects to open new facilities (business trip to Ukraine); Management of reporting documentation.
