Your main responsibilities will be:

• Category development: new products, packaging, design in the sales hall, services, tactical marketing communications, national advertising campaigns, events, recipes, tastings, development in e-com, participation in festivals and fairs.
• Planning, organization and launch of marketing communications for the growth of key indicators: NPS, category share and penetration, winnings, frequency of purchases, new traffic.
• Search and implementation of new ideas, launching wow? projects, planning the annual activity calendar, budgeting and performance analytics. Creation of creative content and concepts for external and internal communications by category. Setting tasks and coordinating the work of creative agencies and freelancers. Coordination of all external and internal communications on projects. and competitors: monitoring of the category, checklists, conclusions, preparation of presentations with recommendations and development ideas.
• Creative design of the category in stores.
• Calculation of the financial model of shares, timelines, budgeting, check analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of communications and the category.

For work, you will need:

We ONLY consider candidates with work experience in the "Confectionery" category

• Experience in the food sector or HoReCa, launching national promos, large projects and advertising campaigns; knowledge of the market and the main retail players.
• Ability to organize yourself and the team, coordination of contractors, agencies and internal services; setting clear tasks and monitoring execution within the timeline and budget.
• Experience in managing category or marketing projects, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to set tasks for designers and evaluate creative materials for compliance with goals.
• Proactivity, initiative, independence, ororganization and discipline.
• Project management skills, budgeting and financial literacy.
