Requirements:

• experience in customer service or sales;

• experience in CRM, IP telephony, online chat;

• discipline, systematicity, self-organization, responsibility, desire to develop;

• fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Main duties:

• processing of incoming requests from system users: IR-telephony, messengers, online chat, e-mail;

• processing of incoming leads from the site in the CRM system;

• consulting users about working in the service;

• interaction with related departments regarding registration and support of new / existing users;

• document processing.
